Periactin Tablets is a general medication drug used to relieve allergy symptoms like watery eyes, runny nose, itching eyes, sneezing, hives and other types of itching. The drug has a powerful chemical compound which easily helps to clear the health issues. This tablet works by blocking a certain natural substance (histamine) which your body makes it an allergic reaction opposing your natural health issue. This Periactin tablets contains cyproheptadine (known as cyproheptadine hydrochloride) as the active ingredient, this belongs to a group of medicines called antihistamines. It completely supports certain skin associated problems such as insect bite and chickenpox. Successfully some side effects of the allergy like vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound is very effectively taken under control.

People should avoid this tablet in conditions like glaucoma called angle- closure glaucoma, in case of having a narrow or blockage between the stomachs and small intestine which causes for you a sudden turned down with vomiting or indigestion like ulcer, also if you are going through the prostate problems and in difficulties in passing urine.
